Five years since the Amendment Act 2021 came into force on 1 December 2022; it was three years before. Some MVA Fund pages still say three years, so lodge early.
Does the deadline apply to children?
The MVA Fund says prescription is not applicable to minors and persons suffering from mental disorders.
