How to make a claim and complain
- Motor collision: claim form, photos (showing the plate number) and an estimate of repairs; add a police report and the third party's estimate and photo if another vehicle is involved. Theft: claim form, estimate, police report and photos. Third-party death or injury: death certificate, police report and medical report (AXA Mansard claims).
- Submit through "Make a claim" on the website, or motorclaims@axamansard.com / claimsservices@axamansard.com. AXA Mansard states "Response takes 24-48hrs".
